I'm currently based in the UK near Leeds. I've also spent 11 years living and working in Asia and have a great fondness for that part of the world (especially the food!).

I have a bad case of the travel bug and I usually manage to get away somewhere at least a couple of times a year. Plus I'm occassionally lucky enough to travel overseas with my day-job and where practical try to take my camera along too. I'm not too good a shooting people so tend to focus (apologies for the pun) more on landscapes and architecture. When I'm not travelling and at home I'm lucky enough to have the great Yorkshire landscape on my doorstep, along with places such as the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Yorkshire Dales, Peak District and North Yorkshire Moors.

I'd class myself as more of an enthusiastic amateur/semi professional. I am open to selling my work or providing it on license so if there's any shots you're interested in use the contact page to drop me a note.

In terms of equipment I shot on Canon. Not because its any better than other brands, but its what I've always shot with. I've currently got a Canon 5D Mk II with Canon 50mm prime, a 24-105mm L zoom and Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 telephoto lens.
